Nourish Yoga and Wellness Retreat

Our days will be a nurturing blend of early morning silent walks in the sand dunes, meditation, pranayama, mangrove swims, asana (vinyasa and yin) nutritional talks with tips on superfoods, and gut and hormone health, we will be demoing ways to create delicious snacks that are good for you, with ingredients that are easily available….and of course plenty of time to chill on the beach, get lost in the magical streets, stroke donkeys, twirl under the stars and grab a sundowner at Peponi

We invite you to participate in as much or as little as you want. Our goal is that you leave feeling healthy, happy and nourished.

2 evening meals prepared by Amina, Leyla and the staff at Mnarani House. The other 2 evenings are for you to enjoy the amazing restaurants in Shela or to chat to the chef about his daily special

Because space is limited a 50% deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

Full payment 60 days before we meet in paradise.

Rooms are on a shared basis a single room is available at an additional $80 a day
