For our 10th installment since the inaugural festival, the Lamu Yoga Festival (LYFe) is once again collaborating with yoga and wellness instructors – not only from Kenya, but across the world – to bring 5 days of well-being to the magical island of Lamu. LYFe 2024 will maintain its core focus of bringing yoga, breathing, meditation and informative wellness workshops to the people of Lamu, as well as Kenyans who are seeking to nurture their yoga practice and improve aspects of their wellness.
