Bring your yoga mat, waterbottle, sun protection.

All venues are walking distance from each other in Shela, or, if scheduled in Manda or Lamu, we provide boat transfers at set times.

Almost all workshops and classes are without registration, make sure you come in time as certain venues have limited space.
For special classes you need pre-registration via email. Ticket A will have earlier access than ticket B holders. We will send you an email a few weeks before the festival starts to register. Or you register (if space still available ) at the festival bazaar.

You have to arrange your own accommodation, airport transfer and food. For Ticket A is a Swahili Diner included. There are food stalls at the Festival Bazaar for drinks, snacks and food.

You can purchase day ticket at the Festival Bazaar, but not online.

We don’t have children passes.

REFUND AND TRANSFER POLICY
There are NO REFUNDS for festival tickets/ wristband
Transfer of electronic tickets is permitted no later than September 15, 2025. Transfer requests must be made via email by the original ticket buyer to esther@hustlesasa.com
Transfer requests will be completed within 5 business days. We strongly recommend that you purchase a Travel Insurance which may offer reimbursement for your tickets in case of health issues or other unplanned circumstances that prevent you from attending.

RULES & REGULATIONS
Participants are required to wear a wristband throughout Festival. The organiser has the right to prohibit anyone without a wristband from gaining access to the festival venues.
Unauthorized professional film or sound recording equipment, including drones are prohibited in the festival venue unless explicitly given permission by the Festival organizer. Any material recorded without permission, may be destroyed or confiscated by the organizer.
To maintain a focussed atmosphere during our classes and workshops, we request all participants to adhere to the following guidelines: Please maintain silence during classes to respect the learning environment and your fellow participants. Turn off your phones and cameras in all classes/workshops.
Recording is permitted in lectures. But please, no photos or videos during classes/workshops to respect the privacy and experience of all attendees.
We do not tolerate any abusive or violent behaviour towards our staff members or any festival attendees. Please cooperate with our staff; they are there for your safety.
As a condition of entry, the festival attendee consents to being photographed, filmed or sound recorded for TV, Video, DVD, Webcast or other marketing or public broadcast as part of the audience.
The organizer will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage of participant’s belongings during the festival in any festival venue or shuttle buses or for personal injury.
Being rude in any public area or any space at the festival venue is prohibited – please respect local culture! Pls walk through the village with a shawl around your bare shoulders, or cover your knees.
Please throw rubbish in the appropriate bins provided, try to minimize plastic usage by using reusable containers – We encourage you to bring your own water bottle. Water refill stations are available at some venues.
By purchasing a ticket you give consent to the the waiver form.
