Ancestral Sound Journey
A shamanic sound experience with various healing instruments from around the world, to journey beyond the self and connect with spirit guides, and/or undertake deep healing/elevation of your mind, body, and soul.
Animal Flow
Animal Flow is a body-weight program that is centered largely around ground-based work. It features animal-style movements that encourage core stability and strength, improve speed, power, endurance, and body awareness, all without any fitness equipment.
Vinayasa Flow
Vinyasa flow consists of fun, intuitive flowing asanas that inspire curiosity about the body and invite an internal feeling of awakening. Pranayama and yoga philosophy may be included in the practice. Expect to be lead through an intelligent sequence of postures, playful transitions, with hands on adjustments and helpful alignment cues designed to build deeper communication between the body and mind.
Ayurvedic Yoga, Mind-Heart Alignment, Rise in Love
The sessions focus towards finding physical, mental, and emotional balance through asanas, pranayama, and meditation. To welcome each day by being who we truly are – living from the state of compassion, love, and trust instead of fear and doubt. We will be working on different aspects of the elements and energy centers through the flow and breathing to bring equilibrium.
Aqua Yoga
A sequence of yoga and aqua cardio moves fluidly presented in the pool. A refreshing interval to the hot tropical day, keeping you toned and flexible, relaxed and ever smiling.
Brahma Yoga
The Brahma yoga class types provide benefits such as toning and flexibility, resting and rejuvenating, boosting vitality, increasing energy, mindfulness, realization, and inner alignment. The Brahma yoga asanas show ways of arranging the body into different shapes for the purpose of a moving meditation. The sequences offer functional, purposeful, and liberating ways to transition in and out of the poses to aid structural integrity. It is a portal for you to transform your mind, body, and spirit and enrich your life in ways beyond what you can even imagine. heightened physical awareness, and philosophical thought. Chakra Meditation Workshop
We will look at the seven principle chakras and learn about their qualities and connection to each other. The workshop will end with a guided Nyasa practice where we bring our energy and awareness to each chakra. This workshop will also include Bija Mantras: ascending through the chakras while chanting their Bija sound.
Chakra Innergy Yoga Healing
In this class, we will explore the ancient wisdom of yoga and its connection to the seven chakras within the body. Each chakra is associated with specific physical, emotional, and spiritual attributes, and by working with these centers, we will unlock a greater sense of balance, vitality, and peace. While easing in and out of mindful movement, starting with the root chakra at the base of the spine and working our way up to the crown chakra at the top of the head. By exploring each chakra attentively, you will cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and your place in the world, as well as a greater sense of inner peace and harmony.
This gentle and compassionate approach to yoga honors the unique needs and experiences of each individual and supports the exploration of present moment awareness to integrate mind, body and spirit harmoniously.
Dru Yoga
A flowing and graceful form of yoga: gratitude for life in motion. With everything based in the model of the five koshas (bodies), all movement, breath work, and meditation has a deep intention – to wholly transform all parts of the practitioner. More focused on what’s happening inside rather than range movements and strength, Dru uses gentle movements, affirmations, and visualizations to align the mental, physical, and spiritual and leave one feeling totally at peace in their center.
Dharma Yoga
A holistic practice that incorporates physical postures, mediation, pranayama, (breathing exercises) and philosophical teaching. The series are designed to allow the free flow of prana energy up and down the spine. The practice emphasizes the importance of self-knowledge and self-realization as the ultimate goal of yoga. Postures include stretching, twists, balancing poses, back bends, inversions, and arm balances. It can be practiced by yogis of all levels. It incorporates all of the eight limbs of yoga as outlined in the Yoga Sutras.
Energy Yoga
Energy Yoga focuses on the world of energy and how it is experienced through our bodies. In this introductory session ‘Playing with Energy’ through embodied practices, a combination of movement and stillness, and heart opening partner work, we explore together how energy feels as it rises and flows through different parts of our being. Noticing the different textures, intensity, flavors, and feeling of energy as we cultivate, play with and share this delicious and powerful energy together!
In playhouse on ‘Learning to Trust, Let the Opening Begin’ we will see why learning to trust is vital for opening to what life has to offer us, because without trust, fear rules and love decreases. We will discover that the key to learning to trust is to focus on the present and to believe our own inner voice, which lies dormant until we start to listen to it.
The first session will be for beginner and the second will be advanced.
Gong Bath
A full immersion in a sonic vibrational space. The sounds of the gongs enter in resonance with the participants. Calming, re-balancing, and massaging all parts of one’s being at the physical, mental, and spiritual level.
Hatha Vinyasa
The Hatha vinyasa practice focuses on joint mobility and corporal alignment through a gentle opening sequence, classical asanas, and circular movements.
Holistic Healing Yoga
Igniting restoration and wisdom of the sacred mind-body relationship to its natural harmony through an alchemy of multi-lineage practices.
Headstand Flow
For those who like to see the world upside down, headstand flow is an imaginative combination of varied headstands combined with a creative yoga flow. Fun and slightly challenging.
Kriya Yoga
A system of techniques (hatha, pranayama, dhyana, and mantra) which bring about awareness and self realization. The sadhana has enormous potential to make us more conscious human beings. The tradition flows directly from Siddhanta, a synthesis of ancient teachings of South India’s tantric yogis and mystic Siddhas. It was revived for today’s modern world by Babaji Nagaraj, nowadays taught in various branches of his disciples.
Kundalini Yoga Classes
Various kundalini yoga classes will include: Shadow and Light, Bodies of light, chakra balancing and kundalini for energetic fitness.
Partner Yoga
Partner Yoga is a fun and interactive way of creating connection and building trust as we deepen our practice together. You can come with or without a partner.
Sound Healing
Lie down and relax as various healing instruments take you into a deeply meditative state to heal, transform, and elevate, through the power of sound and vibration. The session will take the participants through a journey of soul healing using Tibetan sound bowls and crystal bowls. This will restore and energize the chakra system leaving participants in a deep sense of relaxation and soul consciousness.
Slow Flow Motion
This slow flow-based (vinyasa) class unites movement and form. Designed for new and experienced students alike, this class intends to build strength and flexibility, yet is accessible with a variety of options within poses. Expect to engage in dynamic movement with integrated breath work. This style of yoga builds core power, stretches, strengthens, and cleanses the body, and offers the opportunity for deep nourishment and release. The first half of the class explores meditative movement through postures to help unravel stress and tension, while the second half winds down with postures that facilitate rest and stillness.
Qigong/Yoga Flow
A combination of the ancient practice of Qigong breathing combined with fluid yoga asanas aligning breath, movement, and awareness to attain mastery of one’s vital energy for overall mind and body balance.
Relating Authentically
Relating Authentically is for those wanting to expand their communication skills, find their voice, and develop a healthy relationship towards themselves and with others. We will also work with the personality structure and strategies for when relating, so that you can be aware of behavioral patterns.
Self Worthy
Self Worthy is for individuals who want to work on their core issues around their worthiness. When we’re ready to break the barriers of our negative self-beliefs, we discover a genuine sense of self-worthiness.
Self Leadership
Self Leadership is a workshop around connecting to your inner guidance. When you meet your inner leader, you have a deeper sense of self, a deeper connection to who you are and what you have to offer, which will support and guide you towards your own transformation as well as helping others in theirs.
SUP Yoga
A modern yoga practice that allows one to transition in posture on a stand-up paddle board in the ocean. It allows one to stabilize multiple muscles in order to keep balance – a full of fun practice on the water!
Trapeze Yoga
While many of the yoga poses we do on the Trapeze look very similar to their mat-based counterparts, the dynamics are unique. The Yoga Trapeze, a therapeutic inversion device builds strength, flexibility, and balance, while promoting a strong core and healthy back. Apart from being super fun hanging upside down, when the body is in an inverted position more space opens between each vertebra. The trapeze is an amazing tool to strengthen and stretch your whole upper body, shoulders, arms, and core. It adds in the missing ‘pull’ motion lacking in mat-based classes.
The trapeze is a fantastic prop that assists one to get deeper into passive backbends and hold them for longer periods of time, thus allowing for spinal decompression. The beauty of this practice is that one can see the world from the “right side down”. It is suitable for everyone, no matter your flexibility or yoga practice level.
Thai Massage
Thai Massage is a traditional therapy combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. The idea is to work with energy-lines (nadis) as per the philosophy of yoga.
Tantra, Alchemical Breathing, Sacred Sexuality, Ovarian Breathing, Feminine Alchemy & Uterine Memories Healing
Taking people into processes to experience parts of ourselves that have been hidden, repressed or domesticated, separating us from experiencing ourselves as whole and complete, reconnect back with our bodies, sexual creative energy and feminine essence that can bring balance and healing within ourselves. It is a journey to our true and complete selves, where the important thing is not what is taught but how we reach our truth through practices such as alchemical breath, meditation, movement and dance, remembering our most alchemical power: love.

Transformation healing provides the opportunity to cleanse energetically and release trauma, bonds, and blockages to help transform those specific challenges into something more positive, for you and those around you. Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is returning to yourself. A slow and gentle practice where poses are held for 3-5 minutes, targeting the connective tissues of the body and harmonizing the flow of Qi in the meridians. Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses, supported by the floor. Physically, it targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues and the meridians. Energetically, Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of qi in the organs. Yin yoga is based on the Taoist concept of yin and yang, opposite and complementary principles in nature. Yin is the stable, un-moving, hidden aspect of things; yang is the changing, moving, revealing aspect.
Yinnergy
Developed by Chocolako, Yinnergy is a unique approach to Yin yoga that combines the stillness of traditional postures with the tracking of inner energy and mindfulness. During a Yinnergy class, you will spend five to ten minutes in each posture to allow your body to fully surrender and release tension. This practice supports the generation of healthier cells and fresh vitality in your mind, body, and spirit. Connect to your deeper self and tune into your inner wisdom to recharge and find balance amidst the stresses of modern life.
