This gentle and compassionate approach to yoga honors the unique needs and experiences of each individual and supports the exploration of present moment awareness to integrate mind, body and spirit harmoniously. while easing in and out of mindful movement, you will focus on bringing awareness to seven chakras, starting with the root chakra at the base of the spine and working our way up to the crown chakra at the top of the head. By exploring each chakra attentively, you will cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and your place in the world, as well as a greater sense of inner peace and harmony.
